Jeremy Poague is the proud partner and owner of Poague Manufacturing Solutions, LLC, operating as A.M. Metal (formerly AM Sheet Metal, Inc) in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
Jeremy is not only a business owner but also a family man, leader, veteran, and dedicated professional who is deeply committed to providing exceptional service and expertise to every client.
From a young age, Jeremy developed a strong work ethic and curiosity for how things work. Raised by young entrepreneurs and guided by experienced mentors, he built a foundation based on hard work, persistence, and continuous learning.
Jeremy served two tours in Iraq as a United States Marine, with a total of 15 years of military service. His time in the Marines helped shape his leadership, discipline, and commitment to excellence.

Co-Founder / Sales Estimator
Dave Danneker co-founded A.M. Metal alongside his father, Ed Danneker, and has spent over 40 years in the trade helping build the company into a trusted industrial partner.
Growing up around the business, Dave knew from an early age that this industry would become his lifelong career.
He began his journey at the very bottom of the company, performing basic tasks such as:
• Sweeping floors
• Cleaning the shop
• Working as a general laborer
After earning an Associate Degree in Computer Science and Business from Williamsport Community College in 1989, Dave continued developing his expertise within the company.
Over the years he learned from experienced employees, many of whom remain part of the team today.
His career progression included roles such as:

• Installation Technician
• Estimator
• System Designer
• Project Manager
• Daily Operations Manager
Dave believes that faith, hard work, and strong mentorship have guided his career.
